Fancy Pits Deodorant - Unscented

INGREDIENTS: Organic Arrowroot Powder, Pasture Raised Grass-Finished Suet Tallow, Magnesium Hydroxide, Kaolin Clay, Organic Candelilla Wax, Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E Oil (D-Alpha Tocopherol).

Introducing Fancy Pits Deodorant! Same smooth and creamy texture as our lemongrass scented version, but unscented! Handmade and poured in small batches. 

This recipe includes Organic Arrowroot Powder, Pasture Raised Grass-Finished Suet Tallow, and Magnesium Hydroxide. Arrowroot Powder + Magnesium Hydroxide gently absorbs moisture and neutralizes odors! While the Suet Tallow deeply nourishes and soothes sensitive skin. 

This recipe does not include Baking Soda which we found could potentially lead to irritation, burning, or rashes for those with sensitive skin. 

The texture is best described as smooth and creamy! We tested many different ratios and are very happy with the final texture! 

The bulk of this recipe is Organic Arrowroot Powder, Organic Farm Fresh Grass-Finished Suet Tallow. There is less than 1% of Kaolin Clay and Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil in this recipe. 

Apply once, or multiple times daily as needed - if doing a lot of physical activity we recommend drying the armpits afterward and reapplying. 

Tips on how to apply our deodorant to get the best use & minimize transfer onto clothing:

1. Gently pat or dab the deodorant onto your underarms, rather than swiping or rubbing. This minimizes the friction and the chances of getting it on your clothes. 

2. Another option is to apply a very small amount using your fingertips to spread the deodorant evenly.

3. Allow 10-15 minutes for the deodorant to dry to a powder before applying clothing.  Using a hairdryer on a low-cool setting can speed up the drying process.

SCENT: Unscented - we use the power of natural powders and clays to neutralize odors!   

TEXTURE: A creamy and smooth yet dry powder. Smooth enough to apply easily without tugging on the skin yet not oily enough to leave a wet feeling in the armpits after applying. Some customers use their fingertips to apply the product and get it to spread evenly!

SHELF LIFE: 12-18 months.
