We always try our best to do right by our customers and we never want a customer to have a bad experience with our products so please do not hesitate to reach out to us through email at fancyfarmskincare@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have. We offer returns on all products received within 30 days of the orders delivery date. 

If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at fancyfarmskincare@gmail.com stating that you wish to initiate a return. Simply include your name and order number in the email and the products you returning - we will be happy to give you further information on the next steps!
